Sizing & Fit

How do I choose my size?

Every product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in cm, taken flat without stretch, plus a specific fit recommendation for that piece. Some pieces run small (size up), some have exceptional stretch (size down), and some are true to size — always check the note on the product page before ordering.

What if the size doesn't fit?

Contact us with a photo of the garment measured flat (laid on a surface with a measuring tape). Our team will review it and work with you on a solution.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

UAE: 20 AED · Spain: 25 AED · Europe: 32 AED · Rest of the world: 40 AED. Shipping is free on all orders over 400 AED.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days depending on your destination. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Wherever you are, your armor can reach you.

My tracking says delivered but I haven't received it.

First check with your local post office or delivery point — packages are sometimes held there for pickup after failed delivery attempts. If it still doesn't appear, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

Guarantee & Issues

What if my order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?

That's on us. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will replace the item or refund you. This is the MAILOF Guarantee.

Do you accept change-of-mind returns?

As a small independent brand shipping internationally, we don't offer change-of-mind returns. That's why we put detailed size charts, fit notes and real measurements on every product page — and if anything arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, our guarantee covers you fully.

Product Care

How do I care for my MAILOF pieces?

Machine wash cold (max 30°C), inside out. No dryer, no bleach, no fabric softener. Air dry in the shade — direct sun damages spandex elasticity and color. Full care instructions are on every product page.

Payment

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's SSL-encrypted checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards, and we never see or store your card details.
