At MAILOF, we want you to love what you receive. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
📏 Size & Fit
We provide detailed size guides for every product. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection. Please measure carefully before ordering and contact us before purchasing if you have any doubts.
✅ When we cover you
We will offer a full refund or replacement if:
- You received the wrong product
- Your order was never delivered (a non-delivery certificate from your local post office may be required)
- Your product arrived with severe damage
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details at mailofluxurycollection@gmail.com or via Instagram @mailofcollection.
❌ What is not covered
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect size selected — please use our size guide before ordering
- Minor imperfections such as loose threads, slight wrinkles, or small scratches
- Damaged packaging with product intact
🔄 Returns
Our products ship from China. If a return is approved, all return shipping costs, customs fees, and related expenses are the customer's responsibility. We do not recommend returning packages to China as delivery to our warehouse cannot be guaranteed.
🇪🇺 EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
EU consumer law provides a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, due to our international fulfillment from China, return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility and can exceed the value of the product. We strongly encourage EU customers to check size guides carefully and contact us before ordering.
📦 Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are processed by our warehouse. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
