At MAILOF, we process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of purchase confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

• UAE / Dubai: 7-11 business days

• Spain & Europe: 7-15 business days

• Rest of the world: 7-15 business days

Shipping to the Canary Islands: Orders to the Canary Islands are shipped first to mainland Spain, and from there forwarded to the islands. This means the order travels in two stages, so delivery takes longer than usual. Two shipping costs apply: one from origin to mainland Spain, and another from mainland Spain to the Canary Islands. You can check the exact cost based on weight in the Guanxe app.

Free shipping is available on all orders over 400 AED / 100€. Shipping costs for orders below this amount will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays. MAILOF is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
